This mustard has a kick. The flavour is more intense than your average mustard. It serves very well as a standard condiment but I discovered if I add a bit to mashed potatoes while I’m making them, the potatoes really come alive.
I literally use these pickles every day. They are fantastic on salads, sandwiches, in quesadillas, burgers, and so many other things. They’re crunchy, with a bit of sweetness. They look really good on the plate too. Nice shot of colour.
