This little flavour bomb came outta nowhere to become a fast fave among all of us around here. An aromatic blend of charred oranges, jalapeños and scotch bonnets, warm toasted spices and fermented onion. It's good on everything but we especially love it with eggs, fish and pork.

This mustard has a kick. The flavour is more intense than your average mustard. It serves very well as a standard condiment but I discovered if I add a bit to mashed potatoes while I’m making them, the potatoes really come alive.
I literally use these pickles every day. They are fantastic on salads, sandwiches, in quesadillas, burgers, and so many other things. They’re crunchy, with a bit of sweetness. They look really good on the plate too. Nice shot of colour.
