This has quickly become our favourite seasoning. Works well with both savoury and sweet dishes (recently used it in a parsnip and apple soup that was delightful!) and is a fantastic popcorn topping! A definite pantry staple

This is a perfect hot sauce for me; slightly sweet, flavourful and complex with a touch of heat. Delicious on eggs, with cheese and crackers, pancakes/waffles - that’s all I’ve tried so far but it has worked with everything!
